Every house accumulates a layer of stuff nobody decided to keep: the corner of the basement that became a storage zone in 2019, the garage where the car no longer fits, the pile by the side door that was 'going to the curb eventually'. The junk isn't the hard part — the hard part is the carrying, the sorting, and knowing where each category of thing is actually allowed to go in your municipality. That's the whole job we take off your hands. In Toronto the rules matter: houses on City collection can set some bulky items out on garbage day, condos usually run their own private waste contracts, and renovation debris, e-waste and hazardous waste all have their own routes. We work through the space with you (or from your instructions if you'd rather not be there for it): keep, donate, recycle, e-waste, and genuine garbage each go into separate loads. Usable furniture and household goods go to donation centres; electronics go to e-waste depots, not landfill; metal gets recycled; and only what's truly waste goes to the transfer station. Then we sweep the space out, because a cleanout that leaves the floor dusty and littered isn't finished.

Mention stairs, elevator access, how far the truck can park from the door, and anything unusually heavy. If some items are donation-worthy, say so; it changes where we route the load.
