Tile & Grout

Tile problems in GTA homes are usually local, not total: one cracked floor tile in the entry where something heavy landed, grout in the shower gone dark and crumbly, a loose tile that clicks underfoot, or a kitchen that needs a backsplash to finish the room. The trap is that grout and caulking failures let water behind the tile, and by the time the wall feels soft the small job has become a big one.

We cut out and replace individual tiles without disturbing their neighbours, rake out failed grout and regrout properly rather than smearing new over old, and set backsplashes level with even joints and clean cuts around outlets.
