In condos these matter double, because the water finds the unit below before it finds you.

We handle like-for-like fixture swaps and minor repairs — faucets, flappers and fill valves, p-traps, supply lines, shut-off valves and drain snaking — with the water off and the joints tested before we leave. Anything that alters supply or drainage lines gets routed to a licensed plumber, and we will tell you plainly which side of that line your job sits on.
