Doors act up in every kind of GTA housing. Humid summers swell them until they scrape the frame, winter shrinks them back, houses settle and latches stop meeting strike plates, and older hinges wear until the door drags its corner across the floor. Add a lock that needs two hands and a prayer to turn, and a cold draft you can feel from the couch, and one door can carry four separate problems.

We plane and adjust rather than replace where the door is sound, reset hinges with longer screws that bite the framing, move strike plates so latches actually catch, and swap deadbolts and handle sets keyed the way you want.
