Flat-pack furniture arrives in the GTA by the truckload — IKEA runs from North York, Wayfair boxes on the porch, a wardrobe delivered to a 28th-floor condo with a diagram-only manual and two hundred parts. The common failures are predictable: cam locks half-turned, panels forced in backwards, a bunk bed missing the one bolt that keeps it rigid, and a nine-drawer dresser that leans because step 14 got skipped.

We assemble it in order, square each frame before final tightening, and anchor tall pieces to the wall so they cannot tip.
